		The list would be used to trade, swap and discuss technology designed for use by people with visual impairment. Items traded on the list are likely to include screen reader software, screen magnification software, digital audio books, audio describe dbds, any technology or tools that may be used by or for blind people. The items traded are usually extremely expensive if bought new, more so than the average digital equipment and software. Being able to trade second hand is a valuable resource for people who are often unable to work, but still rely on technology as the means of living an independant life.
