This is a private discussion list for project partners and invited experts involved in the development of free font software for the Biblical scholarship community. The project is an initiative of the Society of Biblical Literature and their partners. Topics for discussion include, but are not limited to: font glyph sets; typeface styles; proposals for encoding new characters in Unicode (e.g. textual apparatus sigla); Biblical Hebrew and Greek input methods (keyboard layouts and keying sequences); and text processing issues (e.g. Unicode normalisation).
